It’s understood that life happens and flexibility is sometimes necessary when the unexpected is out of our control. With that, these policies are based on good-faith fairness in the event plans must change for any number of reasons.

as soon as possible to avoid charges and/or discontinuation of service as outlined in this agreement.

Do not call or leave a message — it may be missed while I'm working (phone volume stays off so it doesn't disturb during sessions). Text works best! You may also use the rescheduling link included in your email confirmation.

🕑 24-hour Cancellation Policy*

These policies are in effect even if an appointment was booked by someone else on your behalf.

• No call/no shows or anyone not onsite for their home-visit appointment will be charged the full rate of the session. This includes giving an address outside of what was confirmed for the appointment.
• If you need to reschedule with less than 24-hours notice or I’m already in transit to you, you will be charged 50% of the full session rate. If the session is cancelled and not rescheduled, the full-rate will be charged.
• Gift certificate appointments that do not provide adequate notice, as specified in this cancellation policy, will be void or the full amount of the missed session will be deducted from the total gift amount.

If you’re running late for your appointment you’re entitled to receive your massage for the remaining time at the full rate.

🙏🏽 Safety Considerations & Exemptions

🤒 In specific cases of illness such as the onset of coronavirus or flu symptoms, the cancellation window has been adjusted to allow for cancellations down to 16-hours notice for anyone who begins to feel under-the-weather or thinks they might have been exposed.
